sastaticket.pk’s 1Bill method finished off-platform inside the customer’s own bank app, every one with a different UI. Handed off with no map, ~80% dropped at the first stage; of those who continued, only ~40% completed. Effective completion sat near 8%, and support drowned in repetitive "how do I pay?" calls.
A 3-tier in-flow e-learning MVP: pick a transfer method → pick your bank/wallet → get a bank-specific tutorial video plus written step-by-step instructions, all without leaving the flow. Built on the owned payment page in ~1 month with no new integrations or bank cooperation required.
I validated demand before building anything.
A fake-door "How to pay?" button confirmed the appetite was real before a single tutorial was produced. The blocker was informational, not intent. Customers had already checked out on time-sensitive, high-ticket orders.

Tier 1 picks the transfer method, Tier 2 the specific bank or wallet, Tier 3 delivers a recognition-friendly tutorial video alongside skimmable written steps. It is multimodal by design, serving both visual recognition and low-bandwidth users.
No new payment integration, no bank dependency, just leverage on a flow we already owned, covering the full set of local banks and wallets in about a month.

Stage-1 drop-off fell from 80% to 16%, stage-2 completion rose from 40% to 90%, and "how do I pay?" tickets dropped ~70%. The effort helped drive a surge to $500K in monthly payment volume, and the tutorial library quietly earned 215,000+ YouTube views over two years as an SEO and acquisition asset.
